I just came back from a quick trip to London for a fabulous wedding. Whenever I travel I try my best to not check my bags. I take a carry on suitcase with all the essentials, the hardest part is narrowing down my beauty essentials. Beauty Essentials for travel is a big business, just about all the brands have travel sized versions of your favorite products.

This time I found a bar of lotion in my closet of samples, I’m not quite sure why I’ve never used it but I decided to throw it in with my other beauty items and skip body lotion all together. I absolutely LOVED using the bar of lotion, it sunk into my skin faster than any other lotion I’ve ever used and it moisturized a lot longer than your typically lotins. If you do a lot of travelling and carry-on your stuff then you must have a lotion bar.

Another amazing item is my Travalo Scent holder. It is amazing and will forever remain on my Beauty Essentials for travel list! You simply fill up the tiny bottle and you have a travel sized perfume. Or bring two, one for perfume and another for a room spray to freshen up any hotel room you’re staying in to make it feel more like home.

I also consider a facial spritz to keep my skin moist during the flight and a nice thick cream to keep the moisture in, to be Beauty Essentials for travel. The last must have is a lip balm and this time I brought along Carmex Moisture Plus lip balm. I’m loving it too, the limited edition skinny tubes are beyond convenient because they are skinny and fit in the tiniest of bags. But the best thing is the moisture!
